“Pros: Pretty clean building, has fine rooftop Cons: Don’t expect to be able to reach management at all. We never had a response about service requests. The lease was ending in two weeks and we could not get a response about a renewal despite constant calling and emails, so I just ended up moving out. Advice to landlord: Communication would be great”
