“Pros: The owners we rent from are extremely responsive and helpful. Our apartment itself has a pretty spacious living area. Master bedroom is also spacious. Cons: The secondary bedroom could be bigger. The bathroom could be bigger. The kitchen floors could be cleaner/replaced. Also, the radiators seem to not run much during the day so it gets quite cold if you work from home.”

“Unit 3F Pros: Nice neighbors, pretty quiet - close to the subway Q station! Cons: Smells on occasion in the common spaces!”

“Pros: Close to the Q station, Cons: Entrance is messy at times and garbage management could be better Advice to landlord: can paint rooms again, and refresh the caulking / edging on doors”
