“Pros: Very quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard area and playground for children to play. Cons: Security is nonexistent. The building upkeep has gotten worse. Elevators always faulty, maintenance do not fix things in timely manner Advice to landlord: Listen to what the people want and stop trying to cut costs”
