“Unit 1R Pros: Location. Close to the subway. Cons: Cockroaches Leaks No heat for three winters Super let himself into the unit while I was home alone showering and knocked on the bathroom door. Unresponsive landlord. Had to take them to court to get our security deposit back. Advice to landlord: Have some empathy next time. These are people’s homes.”

“Unit 3L Pros: Beautifully renovated! Great appliances and clean! Cons: Could get quite noisy with windows facing street. Bad water heater, very very slow Advice to landlord: Better responsiveness with tenant request would be great”
