“Pros: The neighbors are all respectful Cons: The water is very yellow and there are lots of cockroaches and mold all over the apartments. Advice to landlord: Check the building more often and check the boiler where the water comes from because it’s very old and is turning the water yellower by the days. As well as the cockroaches entering every apartment. It’s awful”
