“Pros: there are no pros to this building Cons: where to begin, the roach infestation of the apartments is beyond out of control. the owner is non responsive for repairs. there are so many leaks throughout the building there are new cracks forming in the ceiling and walls almost daily.the super has a huge doberman that barks constantly at all hours and has free roam of the back area and occasionally the lobby which is frightening. Advice to landlord: I suggest making repairs.”
