“Unit 3 Pros: While you can hear everything when you are walking up the stairs, once you close your door you don't hear much. Close to restaurants and night life. Cons: We had a water leak from the floor above and it damaged our ceilings. It took weeks for the problem to be resolved and the ceiling was just painted over. You can hear everything in the stairwell. For the money it is really small.”

— 331 EAST 9 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 3 Pros: Very close to restaurants, and the doorbell app worked well. The hallways were also well maintained and cleaned at least once a week. Cons: Apartment lost hot water multiple times a month for 3 months straight with no advance notice. Had to complain to 311 for changes to be made. Bathroom temperature faucets broke repeatedly (3+ times) in both bathrooms and constantly needed replacing. The super is pretty overworked. It took at least a week for any maintenance needs to be addressed. There was also no ventilation system/fan for the kitchen, which is a big issue because we all cooked pretty frequently and kitchen is basically in the living space.”
