“Unit 3 Pros: While you can hear everything when you are walking up the stairs, once you close your door you don't hear much. Close to restaurants and night life. Cons: We had a water leak from the floor above and it damaged our ceilings. It took weeks for the problem to be resolved and the ceiling was just painted over. You can hear everything in the stairwell. For the money it is really small.”

“Unit 4c Pros: Close to st marks Cons: Laundry was in a bedroom and really warmed up the room and was loud windows look out into brick walls trash room was just the back yard and a has bunch of rats”

“Unit 3 Pros: Very close to restaurants, and the doorbell app worked well. The hallways were also well maintained and cleaned at least once a week. Cons: Apartment lost hot water multiple times a month for 3 months straight with no advance notice. Had to complain to 311 for changes to be made. Bathroom temperature faucets broke repeatedly (3+ times) in both bathrooms and constantly needed replacing. The super is pretty overworked. It took at least a week for any maintenance needs to be addressed. There was also no ventilation system/fan for the kitchen, which is a big issue because we all cooked pretty frequently and kitchen is basically in the living space.”

“Unit 3 Pros: great for young/mid 20s, lots of stuff around the area Cons: middle of the night noise! Advice to landlord: not much to say here”

“Unit 1 Pros: Good location, pretty good amenities (in-unit combo washer/dryer, half-sized dishwasher), pretty good super Cons: Management (other than the super) is pretty annoying and generally unhelpful, they really blast the heat in the winter (except for random days where the heater isn't working and then it's freezing), most units are somewhat overpriced, the hallway/stairwell usually smells weird”

“Pros: it was central to many things a mid-20 young professional would want to be close to. bars, yoga/exercise studios, restarants Cons: it's a bit noisy, saw a few roaches in my time there Advice to landlord: being a little more responsive and personable could go a long way”
