“Pros: Despite flushing being quite chaotic and dirty, this building is in good repair and is kept quite clean. Lot of security cameras too Cons: Sometimes people loiter and smoke in the lobby and halls, and packages and mail get stolen Advice to landlord: Make the mailbox’s more secure”
