“Pros: Affordable, easy commute to train. D and 4 line Cons: Noisy, dirty, rude neighbors. Used to be a quite neighborhood and now it has gotten worse. It’s like the landlord is just letting anybody move in. Advice to landlord: Stop letting trash people move in to the building!!! The smell coming from 2B is disgusting!”
