“Pros: Hard to think of any cons other than cost. Location was great, doormen were so kind, maintenance staff were responsive to bathtub clogs. Didn't have any pest issues and couldn't hear my neighbors. Cons: Moved in during COVID so got a great deal, but was quickly priced out after 2 years.”

“Pros: Clean apartments and amazing location are the selling points of this building Cons: Apartments are small, and owner is typical greedy NYC landlord. Trying to raise rents, unresponsive to any and every question, greedy on security deposit return (they charged us for a dirty inside of the dishwasher…). Not terrible just what you expect for a NYC landlord”

“Pros: Great building staff Cons: We had some roach issues living on the ground floor Advice to landlord: take care of any bug issues in the building.”

“Pros: Building staff is A+, overall the other tenants are friendly and community oriented. The value is unmatched: prime location for relatively reasonable cost. Cons: Hallways need to be renovated (carpet in particular). Laundry room payment system never works. Central management (Equity) is not responsive and VERY difficult to speak to directly. Advice to landlord: Have a clear way for tenants to contact you about issues that the building staff doesn’t handle. Sending emails just forwards to building staff who often can’t help. Almost impossible to get Equity on the phone.”
