“Pros: Doormen are wonderful, building is clean, amenities leave something to be desired, however the building is rent controlled and most (if not all?) units have dishwasher and W/D so that’s a huge plus! Cons: Elevator maintenance is rough. Amenities could use some sprucing.”

“Unit 610 Pros: Door-people are fantastic, especially Jose. Rooftop is massive. Cons: Tenants allow their dogs piss and shit on the rooftop turf, that's also used for children. Advice to landlord: Go for it”

“Pros: The building staff is amazing. The general location and proximity to grocery stores, parks and shopping are extraordinarily convenient. Amenities are well kept. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Cons: The AC unit has to work overtime in some of the summer months, otherwise the space is not cool. The elevators have had some annoying issues making them slow or out of order.”
