“Pros: Three family house the apartment style is beautiful. Each apartment has a three bedrooms large living room. Cons: The building interior is old, windows are broken they don’t hold open. The roof is licking, the hallway floor is broken. Advice to landlord: Advice to property owner is be more involve with the tenants.”
