“Pros: Cheap rent, convient location, close to train and bus. Cons: Chronic: Bedbugs, homeless people camping out in lobby and deficating in lobby, roaches, leaks that never get fixed, bad management, elevator gets stuck all the time. Advice to landlord: Do better by your tenants. Fix the pipes and leaks, treat the entire building for bedbugs.”
