“Pros: Great apartments! Neighbors are friendly. Cons: Bed bugs. Lack of communication when it comes to things being broken in the building and when things are going to get worked on.”

“Pros: Quiet area near a school. Close to 2/3, Whole Foods, and restaurants Cons: Landlord ignores complaints unless you have photographic evidence. Landlord will blame you for issues with the apartment. Landlord won’t report on issues impacting the entire apartment. Advice to landlord: Listen to your renters”
