“Pros: It has an elevator, and a laundry. Cons: There is cockroaches everywhere inside the apartments, in the hallways or elevator.”

“Pros: Nice neighbors, especially ones that have been living there for decades. They will hold your packages and help out if needed. Cons: Very lazy about cleanliness. Hallway walls are dirty and are not maintained. Heat during the winter is almost non existent, only for 15 minutes in the early morning hours and again around Noon. A lot of tenants do not fumigate so you're stuck with trying to avoid roaches from coming into your apartment and must cover all holes even in the radiator, from preventing them from coming in from the walls.”

“Pros: The super is very helpful and nice. Cons: Neighbors are loud and disrespectful. Dangerous at night, high area of gang violence, and dirty elevators and hallways.”

“Pros: You’re close to everything convenient location, horrible environment Cons: Pest control issues”

“Pros: This was many years ago but there were a lot of families back then there gave the building a very homey feeling. Cons: Apartments were usually stuffed with families. With there comes pests, smells etc.”

“Pros: The neighbors are nice and friendly most of the time. Cons: The superintendent is an asshole who wants to do nothing. When something is brought to his attention he directs you to someone else. The contractors who come to fix buildings leave open holes if it interferes with their schedule, they don’t even cover it they just leave the job undone and it is hazardous to the tenants. Advice to landlord: Change your management immediately. The well being of the tenants are at risk.”
