“My fiancee and I have lived here for 2 years now. We live in one of the more spacious 1 bedroom apartments in the front of the building. The appartment has relativly new appliances, granite countertops, a renovated bathroom, and a ton of closet space. Because of the layout on this side of the building, we can't hear our neighbors to the sides of us, as there is a stairway as a buffer. The super lives in the building, which is very convenient if you need anything repaired. Laundry facilities are in the building. My only compliant is that it gets noisy from the passing garbage trucks in the front of the building, but that's going to be the case wherever you go.”

The walls are pretty thin though. All in all, I found it a safe and comfortable place to live as a single female.

*The building also has laundry facilities”

They appear to be well renovated, but the materials are cheap. I had knobs fall off drawers, and my front doorknob fell off several times. I think someone smoked themselves to death in their apartment on the second floor (1F). It used to smell pretty bad in the stairwell, and there was police tape on the door for several weeks. Also, the hot water is out occasionally.”
