“Pros: Not a single thing Cons: the garbage builds up to the point that there are bugs and mice all over the building and the entire building smells like decaying trash. the building management never answers the phone or takes anything seriously. I have had no heat for months and they don't answer the phone Advice to landlord: take tenants seriously”
