“Pros: This is a nice building that’s well kept, and the super is great. Cons: Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve never been spoken to more rudely in my life than when I’ve spoken to them. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants like human beings.”

— 646 AMSTERDAM AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Great building! I lived here for two years. Clean and well maintained entry and halls, never saw pests of any kind. Wonderful, responsive super. Nice apartment. Management fine. Cons: None really, just moved because we wanted more space.”
— 642 AMSTERDAM AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Quiet little apartment. Great super, he was always very friendly and quick to respond (usually in my apartment within 30 min of texting him about something!). Laundromat right downstairs, always clean and reasonably priced wash and fold. Close to Trader Joe’s, the park, riverside, and great restaurants on Amsterdam. I truly loved living here, only moved out due to wanting a larger living space. Cons: The junior 1 bedroom/studio layout is a bit odd. Great bedroom and storage, but the living room is very small and doesn’t get much sunlight in the back of the apartment.”
