“Pros: Good location, seemingly renovated unit, nice part time door man. Very kind super. Cons: Constant cockroaches. Dryer broke 1 week after move in, management refused to fix it or take money off my rent. The ceiling was damaged so every time it rained it leaked in multiple areas including directly over my bed. Windows aren’t sealed so snow and bugs come in from outside. Management held my security deposit for 2 months and only returned after threatening litigation. Advice to landlord: I hope the state investigates their shady business practices”

“Unit 4D Pros: Doorman is great, location is convenient, apartments are renovated Cons: - If you are in a street facing apartment it feels like trucks and drunk people are driving right through your bedroom - All of my maintenance requests have been ignored and not addressed”

“Pros: Nothing is good about this building Cons: Everything leaks, always moldy, landlord is rude and unprofessional and never comes to fix any problems, the building is overall a mess Advice to landlord: Be nice and hire others to help fix the issues, make sure apartments are in non hazardous conditions for move in”

“Unit 5B Pros: We loved our doorman James and our maintenance guy Hugo! They were always nice and helpful. They were the only pros. Cons: We had a roach problem for a good portion of our lease. It's incredibly loud in that building, especially since our windows didn't close all the way. Our dryer stopped working 3 months into our lease. After multiple complaints, no one ever came back to fix it. The heat in one of the bedrooms did not work throughout the winter. No one came to fix that either- even after trying to contact the landlord multiple times. The elevator is extremely run down and dangerous. The door would not stop even if you were in the way. Great way to severely injure an arm! The MOST unprofessional apartment managers/landlords I've ever worked with. After our lease ended, we waited 4 weeks till we contacted them about our security deposits. Once we did, they said they had sent them and didn't know where they were. We waited an additional week and a half, and no deposits were mailed. The person I spoke on the phone with was extremely unprofessional and screamed at me for continuing to ask him about this before he hung up on me. I had to get an older male friend involved to finally get my deposit back. Very evident these apartment managers had ZERO respect for women. Advice to landlord: Go into a different profession. You're horrible at what you do and you should be shut down.”

“Pros: Doorman is responsive, packages are delivered to door. Lobby is cleaned frequently. Liked that you can open the front door with your phone. Cons: Small roaches were an issue at times, water was not very hot in shower or kitchen sink. Can be a party spot. Advice to landlord: Would take roach prevention measures.”
