“Pros: Awesome location right by Barclays and much more. Cons: Roaches, dirty corridors, and harassment from landlord. She appears like a sweet old lady but will constantly ask for more money and take advantage of you if you allow her to. Advice to landlord: She is quite elderly, hopefully she can sell the building as it needs a desperate reno.”
