“Pros: The architecture was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: The roach problem was out of control. Would frequently come home to dead roaches in front of my door and would find them in the apartment. I never truly felt clean living there. Advice to landlord: More needs to be done about the pest issues.”
