Every time I submit a maintenance request, it is fixed (or addressed) within 24 hours which I have heard is not the standard experience with NYC apartments. Cons: The courtyard area (not for community use; used for maintenance) can get loud if the super and the men who work there are hanging out or working out there. They're so nice and hardworking that I would feel bad asking them to stop, but my roommate has hade trouble with loud music and talking while on work calls. Advice to landlord: Keep on doing what you're doing! Overall extremely satisfied”
