“Unit 2WF Pros: The apartments are fairly large. Cons: Not a great neighborhood, building reeks of cigarette smoke, there is a drug den on the first floor, apartments are not maintained and repairs take forever Advice to landlord: Invest in the building? You can’t ask for higher rent and then do little to nothing to maintain the building. It is disgusting.”
