“Unit 3E Pros: Newly renovated apartments, responsive super, quiet neighbors Cons: Small apartment, sometimes the pilot light for the building goes out, nice to have laundry in unit, but the laundry machine isn’t the best”

“Pros: Garbage management was great, mail delivery was orderly, neighbors were respectful and polite. Cons: Electrical wiring issues, fuses would break if you used too many appliances at a time.”
