“Unit 4 Pros: Well-kept, sound proofing, nice neighbors, W/D, dishwasher, outdoor spaces, nice appliances and countertops, huge windows, nice sized rooms Cons: There are floodlights all over the block that pour into the windows. But having floor to ceiling windows comes at a cost… also the neighbors play loud music but that’s the vibe of the neighborhood. Advice to landlord: Install track curtains or blinds in the windows, please.”
