“Pros: None. Disgusting and dirty. Cons: Had a massive bug bug infestation. Owner was completely unresponsive but building manager handled promptly. Cockroaches and trash in building. Residents smoked inside. Pay for your own water which i’m pretty sure is illegal in NYC. Advice to landlord: Tear it down and start over this building is falling apart”
