“Pros: Great neighbors! Beautiful building. Spacious apartments. Doorman building. Cons: Super does not respond fast enough to problems! Repairs take too long to happen. Advice to landlord: Speak to super about a speedier response to tenants.”

“Pros: We have a doorman, large apartments and very nice staff. Cons: The washing machines and dryers never work properly! Advice to landlord: Get new washers and dryers. Take better care of compactor rooms on all floors.”
