“Unit C3 Pros: It’s cheap, and the apartments themselves aren’t completely awful. Cons: It’s very dirty, they don’t clean anything ever. There’s also people that hang out in “lobby” area every single night, smoking and drinking. Idk why they don’t just hang out in their apartments? I also have seen a few mice and we just moved in not long ago. Advice to landlord: Clean the building, and maybe hire professional painters bc the painting is awfully done in the apartments.”

“Pros: I like my apartments size Cons: No heat Super never cleans And these people hang in the hallway all day smoking and drinking Advice to landlord: Clean up. Turn on the heat and fine the people polluting the hallway”

“Pros: Nice hardwood floors, crown molding, pre-war charm. Side courtyards and front yards great for dogs. Cons: Had bugs in kitchen. New super was less responsive and left repairs unaddressed. It’s a social building, and so there are smells and noises. Advice to landlord: Update more and deep clean building for bug control”

“Unit D4 Pros: The space, the layout, the finishes, the price, rent stabilized. Cons: Thin walls, management can be hard to get in x contact with, my is buzzer broken.”

“Pros: The space of the apartment is larger than a lot of other places that we saw. you are free to do whatever you want in this building, no one will bother you. It is very dog friendly, the front yard is a very great for the dogs Cons: mice, packages are stolen, random people hanging out in the lobby from time to time, no elevator. Advice to landlord: fix the mice issue.”
