“Unit C3 Pros: It’s cheap, and the apartments themselves aren’t completely awful. Cons: It’s very dirty, they don’t clean anything ever. There’s also people that hang out in “lobby” area every single night, smoking and drinking. Idk why they don’t just hang out in their apartments? I also have seen a few mice and we just moved in not long ago. Advice to landlord: Clean the building, and maybe hire professional painters bc the painting is awfully done in the apartments.”

New super was less responsive and left repairs unaddressed. It’s a social building, and so there are smells and noises. Advice to landlord: Update more and deep clean building for bug control”

It is very dog friendly, the front yard is a very great for the dogs Cons: mice, packages are stolen, random people hanging out in the lobby from time to time, no elevator. Advice to landlord: fix the mice issue.”
