“Unit 17D Pros: I lived here back in 2021 and got a great deal on rent due to covid. it was a great spot for the price and very spacious and quiet. the doorman was great, laundry facilities in the basement were good & never had any issues, and location is perfect. not far from the subway and such a cute, quiet neighborhood Cons: just wish my unit was more updated but maybe they’ve fixed things now Advice to landlord: update the units”
— 345 EAST 80 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Nice building. There's always has someone at the desk. Hallways and lobby was always clean. Cons: Laundry room could be cleaner, the floor is always dirty when I go. Half the machines don't work so it can be a wait to use them during the weekends. Not many amenities for the high rent. Only doorman, package room and laundry in building.”
— 345 EAST 80 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 16j Pros: building staff are always very friendly Cons: the building is old Advice to landlord: redo the kitchen”
— 345 EAST 80 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 3a Pros: They redid the hallways. The apartments look decent. Nino the doorman is awesome! Cons: The management company are incredibly unprofessional. I have witness them bully tenants in several occasions. We’ve been through 4 supers in 4 years. Mice in several of the apartments as well as rats all around outside the building. Have plumbing issues every year, including sewage coming up out of drains. I know if at least 6 apartments that have electrical issues. The boxes are very old and they dont replace them. Most recently there was sparks shooting out, a third party electrician said it was a major fire hazard. They just keep taping them. The air condition units break multiple times a year and it takes several weeks to fix…not ideal when it’s 90 degrees out Advice to landlord: Fix something behind just using duck tape. It may cost more but it will work for you in the long run.”
“Pros: Price was good Cons: Street noise can be loud from 2nd ave”
