“Pros: Management’s maintenance team does a good job once on site. Cons: Building is very dirty, some tenants can be disturbing, leaving cigarette butts in the lobby, screaming at partners, there are flies everywhere Advice to landlord: Property owner is very nice, needs to do a better job understanding current situation in the building.”

“Pros: Apartment was in good condition, and we had no major issues during our lease. The draw is the location - if you want to live in the East Village, it’s unbeatable. Cons: Super was slow to respond and act when our refrigerator stopped working. A decent amount of noise from outside (though not as much as you might expect). Advice to landlord: Responding to tenant issues more quickly would make a big difference.”
