“Unit 465 Pros: It’s convenient and close to nice places. It has a decent package system Friendly front desks (besides the short dude) Cons: Pretty much everything else Appliances break and poor responsiveness from management Constantly smells like pee; they do nothing to curb any of the smell besides spraying water on the building The front desk man who is on the shorter side has a terrible attitude and constantly exhibits this attitude with residents The internet connection is spotty Advice to landlord: Support residents more!”

— 539 WEST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 641 Pros: Anytime there's a maintenance issue, it is taken care of as soon as possible. Cons: Did not like the lounge chairs on rooftop, they are/were heavy wood and not comfortable. In October 2023 they are updating space with furniture. Advice to landlord: No issues with things at the moment.”
— 539 WEST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great doormen, great package system, safe Cons: Leasing office is always unresponsive, hard to track them down”
— 539 WEST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Building is kept pretty clean, maintenance staff is nice Cons: Terrible experiences with management and main office staff. Very rude and unhelpful, they don’t care about residents, only interested in signing new leases with prospective renters. Lots of bad management level choices that seem to involve kickbacks or other benefits to management at expense of residents. Building always trying to sell residents on other services or businesses, marketing to residents. Very complicated bureaucracy to get anything fixed, forcing residents to use multiple different apps to submit requests. Advice to landlord: Listen and respond to residents. Stop using residents as a marketing tool. Get rid of all the different apps. Hire leasing and main office staff who are polite.”
— 539 WEST 28 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Good location, fairly responsive maintenance, friendly front desk staff, Cons: Loud (street noise and neighbors)”
