“Pros: Nice neighbors. Rent stabilized. Cons: Management takes time to fix anything. Unless it’s an emergency it won’t get fixed at all. There are electric heater/AC units, you pay the electricity for heat and if it breaks they take a while to fix. No laundry in building or anywhere near. Advice to landlord: Install actual heaters and provide heat for your tenants.”
