“Pros: Updated fixtures as I lived in one of the renovated apartments. Cons: Property manager was unresponsive and also offered explanations that didn’t always make sense for situations such as heating delays and apartment improvements. Advice to landlord: Be timely in responding to residents and ensure that heat is fixed promptly in winter when there are issues.”
