“Pros: Lots of space as well as good sunlight, price, layout, and location Cons: Owner replies slowly and rudely to maintenance requests. The shower doesn’t drain water properly. Mice and roaches have appeared every two weeks. Advice to landlord: Please respond to maintenance requests promptly and kindly”
