“Unit 3E Pros: The location, quiet street, and space that you get for the price is good. Building super is nice and management is responsive Cons: Have had bug issues multiple times but perhaps no more than any other old building like this. Has an elevator but has been decommissioned recently - was very unreliable anyways. Noise travels through the thin walls, but was generally fine.”
