“Unit 3W Pros: Heat , trash, size Cons: Change of management from Wallick to REM Property a problem. They did not know my lease beginning and ending date. Then when I told them they increased the rent by 60%. Noisy neighbor, party late night early mornings. Advice to landlord: Know your lproperty and it’s tenants”
