“Pros: Great and responsive super, clean shared spaces Cons: Horrible building management that was not flexible at all during COVID times and kept the same policies of breaking the lease throughout the pandemic even though people were struggling. Garbage pick up arrives right outside the building 2-3am every day so if you live street side you will be woken up every night.”
