“Pros: - large, inexpensive apartments Cons: Building was falling apart. Sewage leaking from public lobby ceiling. Landlord repeatedly harassed tenants including physical altercations and letter writing campaigns. Felt very unsafe for the entirety of my 5 year stay. Advice to landlord: Sell building to responsible owner.”
