“Pros: Classic walkup, sturdy steps, good amount of windows Cons: There is a whistling sound in the winter coming from the roof. The heating isn't great, and it's an old walkup in general.”

“Pros: The price and management is responsive but also understanding. Cons: Heat. We didn’t have heat the first year and complained but they didn’t do anything about it until towards the end of our second year Advice to landlord: Nothing, good job. I love being here”
