“Unit C1 Pros: Great Neighborhood, close to everything, Union Square, East Village and Midtown Cons: Heat and Hot Water Constantly not working. Door Buzzer stopped working and management seems to make believe they don’t know its broken. Inside building hallway was vandalized and management still has not repaired or replaced damaged items. Loose wires hang in hallways. Building Manager and Building repairs are no where to be seen. Advice to landlord: Sell building to a company that takes care of their properties”
— 188 3 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Nothing. Only good thing is the location. Cons: Electric problems, lights turn off -dangerous. Huge roach problem. Mold too. Super is a psycho-walks into apartments w/o knocking -changes door code and won’t tell you code. Landlord is a literal criminal Advice to landlord: Run for your life. Mitch the landlord is a criminal. Will do anything against the law to steal from you. This is a cabal of criminals and bottom feeders.”
— 135 EAST 17 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Cost was reasonable for location Cons: Old building in need of rehab”
— 135 EAST 17 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Location, spacious apartments, laundry in building Cons: Communal spaces could use an update, elevator was old and rickety, trash shute and area needs more frequent cleaning. Heater made ridiculous noises. Advice to landlord: Update the communal areas, fix the elevator, clean trash area.”
