“Pros: Building manager, response time, new entry way and floors, exterminator, rent price, neighbors Cons: Older, next to an abandoned building with some rodent problems, trash outside, inside cleaned irregularly Advice to landlord: Clean interior every other week! Trash needs to be maintained daily! Figure out the abandoned building situation with the city!”
