“Pros: Rent was reasonable, residential area, and mostly friendly neighbors. Cons: Landlord completely unresponsive (e.g. broken appliances remained unfixed/unaddressed), packages stolen from the foyer multiple times. Common areas were not cleaned frequently. Advice to landlord: Do routine inspections/updates and respond to residents.”
