“Unit 3L Pros: Loved the location and neighborhood. The super and building staff were also was very responsive. Quiet and safe. Cons: Not very clean. Always found dead roaches going down into the basement. My apartment in particular had roaches throughout the summer months despite keeping it clean - roaches even got in my bed, couch, and constantly crawling up the walls. Super tried to exterminate but there was a bigger issue with the garbage and trash areas which were bringing them into the building Advice to landlord: Needs an upgrade”
— 80 CRANBERRY STREET · Brooklyn“Unit 3L Pros: Friendly doorman and super. Great location. Cons: Roaches - small ones but at least 4-5 a day coming in my unit. No matter how clean I was they would keep coming and the super would try but said they’re was nothing he could do. I couldn’t stay there it was terrible during the summer months.”

Did I mention amazing location? Cons: Laundry machines sometimes were broken. Could hear a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors. Management company huge and faceless. Didn’t have to deal with them often but when I did, they could be difficult. Advice to landlord: Don’t have any”
— 80 CRANBERRY STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: The location is amazing - right next to the promenade and super close to the A/C at High Street or 2/3 at Clark. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood filled with families. The building staff is courteous and I’ve never had any issues. The laundry room is clean and the machines are reliable and usually available. Seriously, this is the best kept building I’ve lived in in NYC. Cons: The building is pricey. There is only one elevator and it can be a little slow during peak hours. There is no communal outdoor space.”
