Check 311 complaint before viewing property. German and American very big and have the babies too in every apartment. Advice to landlord: Bomb entire building. Not cockroach bomb. A real one. Sell the land.”

Any maintenance issue I would put in would be handled within a day (and easy to report). Laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers, 3 dollars to wash, 3 to dry. Garbage shoots on every floor and recycling cleaned daily. Cons: I lived on the higher floors and had a balcony. Some problems with small bugs coming out of the drain in the kitchen.”

They come to exterminate frequently but there is still an issue in units and in common areas (laundry room, elevators). Advice to landlord: Take care of the pests. Otherwise it is a great place to live.”
