“Pros: Super lives in building Cons: Windows were broken prior to moving in and was not fixed till 4-5 months later after repeatedly reaching out. Kay also only cares about her money is not responsive otherwise. She also raises rent from one tenant to next more than the legal increase allows. Check rent history before signing. Advice to landlord: Fix your buildings and stop scamming renters.”
