DUE MILLA REALTY GROUP, · avg 3.6 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: It is affordable, has quick responses from management and super, and looks dirty, but I didn't see any mouse. Transportation: You can go everywhere in NYC very easily. It is spacious for one person. Cons: Noise, junky, random people you don't want to meet on the street.”
— 346 WEST 36 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great super things are always taken care of. Very clean & quiet Cons: Cobstruction all around.”
— 331 WEST 35 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: - close to transit - can't hear thru the walls - price was really reasonable - freshly painted and clean upon move in Cons: - a lot of homeless/drug activity on street (they rip the trash and the super has to clean up every AM unfortunately) - building isn't super clean inside / some tenants aren't super clean - roaches Advice to landlord: Building hasn't gotten a lot of love in a while -- maybe make some upgrades even if it means increasing rent”
— 346 WEST 36 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The super is on top of it for NYC apartments. She’s responsible and responsive. Management is also relatively easygoing to deal with. They clean the staircase and hallways really consistently. 2nd floor neighbors have been there for a very long time and are some of the nicest people you will meet. Cons: It’s on a loud street so if you’re street facing it may not be the best option. The neighborhood is also pretty dodgy so it’s best if you’re male/living with someone who is male. I got locked in my room once, but the issue was quickly resolved.”
— 346 WEST 36 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: I love the layout of my apartment and how responsive the super usually is to issues. Super is very nice! The location is incredibly convenient. Cons: Apartment didn't even come broom clean when we moved in. Had to scrub years of grease off the cabinets and there are still glow stars from a previous tenant stuck to the ceiling. We had three separate leaks from our ceiling, two of which were "fixed" and got worse. Near construction sites so can get loud. Neighbors from other buildings are sometimes pretty loud but that provides some very good NYC moments. Advice to landlord: Make sure your contractors test fixes before they leave”
