Was just told to “close my sinks at night” to avoid them. Management company doubled my rent. Understandable due to Covid pricing, but refused to even negotiate with me or give me any break below market value. They are actually asking me to pay higher than what they are getting for market value..”

I called 311 and they finally called a exterminator. Doorman doesn’t like guests and take job too serious. Management had no remorse for rent due to Covid financial hardships Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants how you’d want to be treated”
