“Pros: good water pressure laundry/dishwasher in unit great location Cons: management not responsive at all pest issues smaller bedrooms than advertised”

“Unit 23 Pros: Clean, renovated, in unit laundry. are all hard to come by in the LES. if you get units facing the st , the pros is the beautiful amount of light and the cons are the noise, it can get loud on the weekends.. as to the units facing the back are great for fully covering the noise issue but those units are only 3bed rooms facing the back lot Cons: noise and the further higher you are the less water pressure, though the better natural light so its a give and take game. also for some reason the higher units have less heat reach but the lower ones are perfect with heat. Advice to landlord: good management overall for a renovated tenement building in the LES. the super Marvin is great and sometimes might have too much in his plate, I'd advice management to hire more people like Marvin and assign one or 2 per building bc otherwise he gets backlogged with requests.”

“Unit 20A Pros: Refurbished apartment building is beautiful. Bathroom and appliances are up-to-date. In-Unit W/D high quality. Super is very responsive. Cons: Loud noise from street or other buildings playing music. Heat sometimes doesn’t stay on. Advice to landlord: Fix the tiles in the hallway”

“Pros: Location is great. Cons: Just about everything you can imagine. Water got shut off multiple times without warning. The wall is so thin that I could literally hear my neighbor's conversation. Worst of all, the landlord (Delshah Capital) tried to trick me to move out of the apartment before the 2019 Rent Law kicked in. Advice to landlord: Just stop scamming people.”

“Pros: friendly neighbors, good noise control Cons: management is horrible and shady, never responds to emails, calls, texts even if marked urgent”

“Pros: I liked that the building surrounded a very social area. Cons: I didn’t like that the building didn’t have an elevator”

“Pros: The super, Ricardo, is extremely helpful and kind. He does a great job with keeping the place clean and is very responsive. The apartments are newly renovated. Location is great and surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. Cons: The property management company is very unresponsive. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to your tenants.”
