“Unit 3G Pros: My apartment was fully renovated before moving in. The floor I lived in was quiet. Payed rent electronically at first. Cons: Eventually the mgt switched up on paying rent to checks from the initial electronic way. Cleanliness started to decline as time went by. I actually caught the super walking around with beers in hands during work hours. I got stuck in the elevator once going down to use the laundry in the basement, which the price to use was not included in the rent. Garbage maintenance was terrible. I broke my lease in the 4th year mostly due to Rats/mice infestation. I could hear them in the walls at night. That situation got really unhealthy when the mice got into my apartment through a space under the kitchen sink cabinet, living in my oven. Advice to landlord: Well I don't know how the building is now. I would have stayed longer if I knew on my way out that a new super was apparently hired and making changes. But that's just one more con from this place poor communication.Advice: Treat tenants like they matter”
