“Pros: Affordable, close to Sterling St 2/5 and Prospect Park Cons: Mice, roaches, gas leaks, incredibly thin walls (could hear upstairs neighbor's iPhone alarm) Advice to landlord: Better pest control (actually seal cracks that pests come in from as opposed to just spraying liquid insecticide everywhere)”
